    跟单信用证专家（资格）（CDCS，Certified Documentary Credit Specialist）考试由国际商会（ICC）授权、英国注册银行家协会（CIB）和国际金融服务协会（IFSA）合作共同推出，通过考试的人员将获得“跟单信用证专家”资格，该资格有效期为三年，在有效期内满足IFSA关于PDU（学分）的要求（按照IFS和IFSA关于学分积累的八种方式在有效期内积满24个学分）可以将资格延展一期，延展后的有效时间仍为三年。
